Dr. Ibrahim has been wonderful. From our very first consultation, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Today, after my son’s braces were installed, she took time to talk with us and make sure everything was going well. She was very open, personable, and even took pictures with us, which meant a lot. She truly has a heart of gold and is incredibly compassionate, kind, and caring. She makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I am very happy with our experience. The service has been excellent, the staff is kind and professional, and everyone has made us feel welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim and her team.

Dr. Manal Ibrahim and her team at Innovative are the best!! She was my son’s orthodontist and he had a difficult case. They worked their magic and his smile is beautiful. Their practice also does so much to give back to the community. They sponsor local events and sometimes even offer free braces or Invisalign treatments as a giveaway for local charities or organizations. This means a lot to me when I am choosing a provider. Innovative is the #1 provider of Invisalign in Illinois and also was the recipient of one of our Branch Community Favorite awards! I started in 2023 with braces instead of Invisalign because I knew my schedule wouldn’t make it easy to keep taking aligners in and out all day. Braces were honestly the right call at the time simple, no thinking, just stay on top of brushing and flossing. Fast forward to 2025, after getting them off, my retainers (Invisalign style) didn’t hold as tight as I expected and I started to see a little shifting. I talked it through with Dr. Manal Ibrahim and decided to try Invisalign to fine tune things huge difference. The fit is just better. The scanning is super precise and the trays really mold to your teeth. It closed up the small gaps pretty quickly and everything feels more solid now. Also worth mentioning Dr. Ibrahim isn’t just in the office day to day. She’s involved in the community and advocating new patients on the benefits of having Invisalign + stays connected to what’s happening across the industry, which definitely shows in how she treats patients. If you’re debating braces vs Invisalign, I’d say Invisalign has come a long way and is 100% worth considering now. Really happy with how everything turned out. Great experience overall.

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I had a great experience. I believe the person I spoke with was Michelle, and she was extremely thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. During my consultation, I felt very welcomed. The young lady who completed my screening was kind, made me feel comfortable, and really helped ease any nerves I had. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she was wonderful. Jacqueline took the time to walk me through what to expect with treatment and answered all of my questions in detail. After speaking with her, I felt confident and fully informed moving forward. Meeting Dr. Ibrahim was truly the icing on the cake. She was very warm, personable, and made me feel reassured that I can achieve the results I’m hoping for. I really appreciated that. Lastly, checking out with Miguel was just as pleasant. He was kind, friendly, and made the payment process smooth and easy.
